How do I send my videos?

Once you've made your purchase we'll email you a secure link to upload your videos/pictures so we can pre-load all of your files to your album so it arrives at your doorstep ready to play. Effortless, personalized memories at your fingertips.

 

You could also send us your links from Vimeo, Dropbox, YouTube, Google Drive, One Drive, WeTransfer, Galleries etc.

When will my album arrive?

We exclusively use Royal Mail for all postage.

Please allow up to 2 working days to get your album ready for dispatched, every album is handcrafted in our London Office.

 

Our FREE shipping arrives to your doorstep in 2 working days for most cases but please allow up to 5 days.

 

Our EXPRESS shipping arrives to your doorstep the Next day, please allow up to 2 working days during busy periods.

Can I upload videos myself?

Customize your album effortlessly! Connect to your computer (with the provided cable), drag and drop your videos – it's that simple. Make your memories tangible with a personalized touch. Every album has a tutorial video loaded on.

 

Every album comes with file loading instructions & we are always available to assist.

 

The Memoir Album has reusable storage and can store up to 3 Hours of film so you can add/change content at any time even if we've pre-loaded it!

Can I add photos?

The best way to display your photos on The Memoir Album is by turning them into a slideshow which will allow you to add your favourite songs alongside your images to provide a seamless experience.

 

If you would like us to create the slideshow for you just leave a few of your favourite songs in the order notes for us.

My films are on a DVD help!

We provide a DVD/Blu-Ray conversion service for this specific scenario. When placing your order select the DVD Conversion service and we'll send you details on where to send your discs. We'll convert them into digital files & pre-load them into your album, your DVD will be returned to you alongside your album.
